1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using our application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RiskLync provides a Performance Intelligence Marketplace for uploading, analyzing, and calibrating conversion assets for the insurance industry. The service integrates with proprietary v6.83 regressor models, third-party APIs, and generative AI to provide a Universal Truth Layer for capital allocation and performance intelligence.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. User Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data ("User Data") you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and transmit User Data as necessary to provide the Service to you, including the generation of statistical alpha and calibration signals. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the User Data you provide.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Service, including data privacy laws and CMS regulations. You may not upload any data for which you do not have the proper authority or consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 0.98 Pearson r correlation, the data and insights provided are for informational purposes. You should not rely solely on this information for making final financial commitments or bidding decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RiskLync, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Performance Intelligence Marketplace.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
